What’s for dinner?

How about triggerfish ceviche and dorado! Transition time (winter to spring) means going to Plan B or even Plan C sometimes while you wait out the wind but no problem! There are plenty of other things to do.

Yes there are plenty of marlin out there, dorado and more but why beat your self up when waiting just 1 day will put you back on your game and on the water. Bait has been the biggest problem but as the waters warm up – that too, will change.

But there are roosterfish patrolling the beaches as well as hard fighting ladyfish for the early risers before the wind comes up; don’t forget the camera for our world famous sun rises!. Then it’s on to some quad exploring and a group detour to Santiago and the mountains for lunch and a hike down to the waterfalls.

Tomorrow guests will be back on the water to tempt some huge striped marlin with lures and ballyhoo just off the Lighthouse as well as dodos and maybe even some wahoo!
